A little bit more about
me
, and I believe that true wellness isn’t just about quick fixes — it’s about creating a balanced, sustainable life filled with vitality, joy, and purpose. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply lost in your own life, know that you’re not alone. I’ve been there, and I understand what it’s like to feel like you’re just surviving instead of thriving.
My journey to becoming a health coach isn’t a story of perfection, but one of perseverance, growth, and transformation. I started my career as a chef, graduating from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, in 2010. I spent years running restaurants and managing my own private chef and catering business. But behind the scenes, I was living a hectic, stressful lifestyle. I relied heavily on alcohol and unhealthy foods to get through long, demanding hours in the kitchen, leaving me overwhelmed, exhausted, and feeling disconnected from my own health.
In 2019, I knew I needed to make a change. I spent a month in Asheville earning my Yoga Teacher Training Certification, and during that time, I discovered I was unexpectedly pregnant with my first daughter, Selina. Her arrival during the chaos of the pandemic was both a blessing and a challenge; motherhood brought immense joy but also deep isolation.
After Selina’s first birthday, I became pregnant again. Luna’s arrival in January 2022 threw my life into a whirlwind of new responsibilities. With sleepless nights, hormonal challenges, and a lifestyle I knew wasn’t serving me. I found myself feeling paralyzed, depressed, and unsure of what was wrong. It turned out I was dealing with a hormone imbalance called PMDD.
I knew that I wanted to be a better example for my children, not just by words but through my actions and energy. My doctor proposed antidepressants, but I chose to focus on lifestyle changes instead. I committed to small, manageable steps: nourishing my body with healthier foods, incorporating short exercise routines, exploring holistic supplements, and establishing daily rituals that supported my well-being.
The transformation was profound. I emerged healthier, happier, and more balanced. I became a better mom, wife, daughter, and friend because of it. Most importantly, I rediscovered my strength and resilience, and I want you to find that same empowerment.
This experience inspired me to help others rediscover their own strength. I became a Certified Integrative Health Coach because I want to share the tools, habits, and mindset shifts that helped me reclaim my health, happiness, and purpose, and now, I want to support you on your journey, too.
If you're ready to start your own journey toward healing, balance, and vitality, I invite you to take the first step with me.
You don’t have to do this alone—let’s work together to reclaim your health, rediscover your strength, and create a life you love.
