
I began my career in the culinary world, training under incredible chefs who taught me that food is an expression of love, art, and connection. Cooking became my language — my way of caring for others and for myself. But as life evolved — marriage, motherhood, and the pressure to “do it all,” I found myself running on empty.
Despite eating well, staying active, and doing everything “right,” I felt exhausted, foggy, and disconnected. My hormones were all over the place, my energy tanked, and I didn’t feel like myself anymore.
That was my wake-up call — and the beginning of my deeper journey into holistic healing.
I studied functional nutrition, hormone health, and peptides, blending science with the intuitive wisdom of the body. What I discovered changed everything: your body isn’t broken — it’s communicating. Once you learn to listen, you can rebuild balance from the inside out.
✨ What I Do Now
Today, I’m a holistic health coach, chef, author, and founder of The Hormone Harmony Pathway — a 12-week program designed to help women calm stress, balance hormones naturally, and create a life that supports energy and ease.
Through my work, I help women move from burnout to balance by focusing on five pillars:
1. Stress Reset – calming the nervous system and restoring hormonal rhythm
2. Foundational Nutrition – eating in a way that supports, not depletes, the body
3. Daily Rhythms – simple routines that align with your natural cycles
4. Mind-Body Connection – tuning in, instead of pushing through
5. Sustainable Change – building habits that fit real life
I also write wellness books that blend science and soul, including my new release, Unlock the Power of Peptides, which teaches how to use both synthetic and plant-based peptides in a holistic lifestyle. My second book in the health and wellness series launches in 2026.
Alongside my women’s health work, I co-founded Marino Bambino, a children’s publishing brand that creates creative, screen-free adventures for kids — because healing families starts with nurturing both parents and children.

I believe that every woman deserves to feel vibrant, clear, and deeply connected to her body — not constantly battling against it.
My mission is to redefine what it means to live in “harmony” — to show women that balance isn’t about perfection or rigid rules, but about listening, nourishing, and flowing with life’s natural rhythms.
Whether I’m coaching a client, writing a book, or cooking dinner with my daughters, my purpose is the same:
to remind women that healing doesn’t have to be hard — it just has to be honest.

I’m a wife to my amazing husband Italo (Tito) and a mom to two bright, creative girls who inspire everything I do. You’ll often find me in the kitchen creating hormone-supportive recipes, walking outdoors with a podcast in my ears, or coloring with my kids at the table — the same joy that sparked our first Marino Bambino coloring book.
I live for the small, sacred moments — sunlight through the kitchen window, a cup of herbal tea, laughter after a long day — because those are the moments that build a balanced life.
